Adaptive Learning Lab: Digital Skills & AI for Inclusion

What happens when intercultural learning meets AI?

This Erasmus+ project, co-funded by the European Union, is all about leveling up skills to create more inclusive learning experiences.

As part of the initiative, six staff members from Global Mindset Development will travel to Lithuania to strengthen their digital competences and explore new AI tools that are reshaping the way we learn, teach, and connect.

Why does it matter?

Because innovation only makes sense if it’s accessible.

The knowledge and tools gained during the mobility will directly feed into the evolution of GMD’s training offer, making courses more interactive, adaptive, and inclusive — especially for people who face barriers in learning or communication.

At the same time, these new approaches will enhance the experience of Orrajt – Migrantour Malta, bringing fresh digital elements into its intercultural learning walks and storytelling formats.

The goal?

To create learning spaces that are not only more engaging, but also more accessible, flexible, and responsive to diverse needs and abilities.
